Processing & Shipping Times

PICKUP/LOCAL DELIVERY:

Free local delivery or pickup available 20 miles from 28105 zip code. 

 

NON-LOCAL DELIVERY:

Anything between 20 - 150 miles from 28105 zip code will incur fee at a rate of $0.50 per mile round trip.  This fee will be calculated and included in the price quote. 

SHIPPING:

Free Ground Domestic shipping via UPS, is calculated into all base prices.  UPS ground shipping typically takes approximately 5-7 business days, however refer to their website and your tracking information for accurate delivery information.

 

If you would like international, expedited or guaranteed shipping please note there is an additional cost. Each description has shipping dimensions that can be used to independently calculate, however it will be calculated in the quote costs.  

 

While we make every effort to send out your packages in a timely manner we have no control over the delivery service and are unable to guarantee delivery dates unless that service is paid for by the customer. Tracking information is sent out via email for you to monitor. As shipping is out of our controls refunds are not given for delayed delivery. 

HOME DECOR

Domestic Non-personalized home Decor order:  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.

Domestic Personalized home decor order: Please 3-5 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping

International: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping. Please note that certain countries may require longer shipping times. This information will be confirmed when item is to be shipped. 

Custom Home Décor: To follow the time frame of Event & Business Décor products.

EVENT & BUSINESS DECOR

As most products are made to order, upon completion of customer inquiry form, availability will be communicated. Any product that is available for immediate purchase and shipment will be processed in 3-5 business days and shipped using above mentioned shipping methods. Rush processing services do incur additional costs between $20 - $100 depending on the size of the item with the fee added to the quote. 

Custom orders take approximately 3-5 weeks for processing and 5-7 business days via UPS ground shipping. Actual delivery date will depend on shop order capacity and is communicated during consultation.

Return Policy

As all items are custom made we do not provide refunds unless the following:
 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Any item that was damaged, defective or missing pieces must be reported within 5 days of package delivery. Please inspect your package when it is delivered and report by sending proof of defect (picture & detailed explanation) via email. Depending on the extent of defect a replacement part or item maybe sent out. A partial refund, no more than 15% of the product maybe issued depending on the cost of the defectives item and turnaround between time of reporting and anticipated time of use. 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please report by sending proof of defect (picture & detailed explanation) via messages within 5 days of package delivery. If it was damaged in transit I have to file a claim with delivery service and upon review & approval of documentation by them a refund would be processed.​ 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

No Returns on items that have personalized engravings unless damaged in transit. As there are multiple boards made from the same types of wood please note that the wood grain may vary from pictured good. Variation in wood grain does not justify grounds for returns. Please also note Bare wood items are prone to have nail holes that maybe visible to the human eye if close up to the product. This is also not grounds for a return.
